According to the considerations of expediting agriculture industry adjustment and promoting the developments of the second and third industries, industry adjustment in Beijing suburbs has got obvious development. Among the general GPD of Beijing suburbs of 2002, the production value of the first industry occupied 13.6%, decreasing 1.3% than that of 2001; the production value of the second industry occupied 40.7%, decreasing 0.5% than that of 2001; the production value of the third industry occupied 13.6%, increasing 1.8% than that of 2001. The structure of three industries has come into being.

　　In 2002, Beijing suburbs viewed farmers’income increase as the center of its task; deepened agricultural structure adjustment; started township enterprises’the second initiations; promoted the projection of“irrigation richens farmers”, expedited the construction of small towns. The speed of economy increase of Beijing suburbs is rapider than before and the economy running quality is promoted greatly. In 2002, Beijing Suburbs’GDP reached 72.05 billion Yuan, increasing15.1% than that of 2001. The GDP of the first industry increased 9.8 billion Yuan, according to comparable prices, increasing 5.3% than that of 2001. The GDP of the second industry increased 29.35 billion Yuan, increasing 13.7% than that of 2001. The GDP of the third industry increased 328.9 billion Yuan, increasing 19.6% than that of 2001. The economic increase contribution rate of the second and third industry reached 94.7%. The GDP of suburbs occupied 22.7% of the total GPD of the whole city.

　　The counties’local financial revenue continue keeping high-speed increase. In 2002, Beijing suburbs’local financial revenue reached 18 billion Yuan, increasing 27.9% than that of 2001. Suburbs’local financial revenue occupied 30% of the total financial revenue of Beijing. The local financial revenue of far counties reached 6.57 billion Yuan, increasing 43.2% than that of 2001.

　　In 2002, farmers’income of Beijing Suburbs increased rapidly. The per capita pure income of farmers reached 5880 Yuan, increasing 11.5% than that of 2001, deducting the factor of price increase, the practical increase rate reached 12.3%. It was in the year of 2002 that farmers’income got rapidest increase, from 1990 to 2002. The per capita pure cash income of farmers reached 5811 Yuan, increased 14.9% than that of 2001. Farmers’pure cash income occupied 98.8% of farmers’total income, increasing 2.9% than that of last year.

　　In 2002, Suburbs financial market was steady; financing capacity was strengthened greatly; loan amount increased. By the end of 2002, the amount of bank deposit has reached 76.67 billion Yuan, increasing 26.3% than that of last year. Bank loan amount has reached 41.17 billion Yuan, increasing 31.4% than that of 2001.
